It's nice, citizens, to observe how careful research of competitors urge us to new achievements, which, in turn, should be made public. Preliminary conclusions are disappointing: an understanding of the essence of resource -saving technologies involves independent ways of implementing the positions occupied by participants in relation to the tasks.
